Welding is a fabrication or sculptural process that joins materials, usually metals or thermoplastics, by causing fusion, which is distinct from lower temperature metal-joining techniques such as brazing and soldering, which do not melt the base metal.
Structural metal fabrication is the building of metal structures by cutting, bending, and assembling processes. It is a value added process that involves the construction of machines and structures from various raw materials.
Laser cutting is a technology that uses a laser to cut materials, and is typically used for industrial manufacturing applications. Laser cutting works by directing the output of a high-power laser most commonly through optics. The laser optics and CNC (computer numerical control) are used to direct the material or the laser beam generated.
Forming is the metalworking process of fashioning metal parts and objects through mechanical deformation; the workpiece is reshaped without adding or removing material, and its mass remains unchanged.

Caring For Wildlife
At Kuhn Fabrication, caring for our wildlife is important to us an organization. Ohio is so blessed to be surrounded by so many amazing sights and sounds, and is home to amazingly diverse set of wildlife. We believe it is the job of every Ohioan to appreciate, care for and protect this spectacular resource and have proudly adopted the raccoon as our official mascot. We affectionately refer to our mascot as Sparky, and he wanted to share a little more about raccoons and how we can all be part of protecting our environment, their habitat and keeping Ohio beautiful.
